Digital Product Licensing

All digital products sold by Jeannie Corsini (including templates, guides, downloads, or prompt kits) are for personal use only. Purchase does not grant resale rights or permission to share, duplicate, or redistribute the materials in any form. Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use.

Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full before sessions, deliverables, or digital downloads are released—unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment processing is handled through third-party providers (such as HoneyBook, Squarespace Payments, or Stripe), and Jeannie Corsini does not store payment information directly.

Due to the nature of coaching, digital products, and personalized services, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

For 1:1 sessions, clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at Jeannie Corsini’s discretion. Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of the service agreement.

Testimonials & User Submissions

Growth Jeannie may publish client feedback, testimonials, or success stories to highlight real-world outcomes. By submitting a testimonial or sharing feedback (via email, form, message, or review), you grant Jeannie Corsini the right to use your words and any submitted name or business reference for promotional purposes. You may request edits or removal at any time.

User Comments + Blog Content

Jeannie Corsini reserves the right to remove or moderate blog comments that are disrespectful, spammy, or inappropriate. By posting a comment or interacting on the blog, you agree to engage respectfully and responsibly.

Client Conduct

Jeannie Corsini reserves the right to remove access to services or communication channels for any client who engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
